If I try to run Dell TB16 firmware update it stops at the stage of collecting Dock information with the message "Error Collecting Dock information Failed".

I have fresh Windows 10 installed, after that I've installed all drivers as described in this article. I'm trying to connect Dell TB16 dock to the laptop.
